the MISSION

Teach the art of being a blissful gardener via a welcoming garden club and private workshops, as well as products that help the home gardener.

Problem + Solution

Foxglove Farmhouse was founded by Elizabeth Brown who fell into gardening during the Covid pandemic. It became an outlet for her mentally and she soon realized it needed to be more than a hobby – she wanted to share her cut-garden learnings with an audience. She set up being an accredited gardener in her home of seaside town York, Maine on the Atlantic coast.

Her hometown became a huge inspiration for her branding with the colours being directly taken from the landscape and the sea. Combined with her various offerings of workshops, her Garden Club (a virtual group that she shares weekly tips and worksheets to help people create their own garden), and pop-ups selling her homegrown flowers, a clean website helps potential clients navigate easily to what they are looking for.

Giving the Garden Club it’s own logo was essential to making that it’s own design system as well as templated gardening guides and newsletter designs. A custom hand-drawn pattern was created out of Elizabeth’s favourite garden flowers and used across the branding.

“Her professionalism is only matched by her artistic talent, which I'm honored to have associated with my business.”

“I worked with Jen of March and Bloom for a complete branding of my business. Throughout the entire process I felt understood and heard, which is incredibly important when handing over control of the forward facing image of your business. Jen's communication skills are top notch. After our first meeting she created a schedule, from basic concepts to web site launch, and stuck to the established dates over a months long process.

She was generous with her time when my needs would shift, or ideas popped up that required immediate branding assistance. Her professionalism is only matched by her artistic talent, which I'm honored to have associated with my business, whether it be on the website or a tote bag.

Always determined to make things easy for the business owner, and consumer, Jen worked tirelessly on the technical aspect of my website. This allowed me to focus on the day in day out of my business, freeing up valuable time that I had previously wasted fumbling through tech problems I didn't have the knowledge to solve. I highly recommend March and Bloom for all your branding needs.”
